Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
• The text is in accordance with the updated norms of the Brazilian Association of Technical Norms (ABNT) and with the New Orthographic Agreement.
• The text does not present names of authors and co-authors anywhere, thus guaranteeing anonymity in the evaluation process.
• The order of presentation of the authors' names, limited to four people, obeys the degree of involvement of each one with the textual production.
• The submission file is in Microsoft Word format. It is not allowed to send documents in other formats, such as .PDF etc.
• URLs for referrals were provided when possible.
• The text is spaced 1.5 lines apart; uses times new roman font, 12-point; uses italics instead of underlining (except for URL addresses); Figures and tables are inserted in the text, not at the end of the document in the form of attachments.
• The article must have a minimum of 12 pages and a maximum of 20 pages.
• The text follows the style standards and bibliographic requirements described in Guidelines for Authors on the About the Journal page.
• The article must be produced according to the properly configured article/template model, available for download on the Revista Fatecnológica website, including its logo in the header.a.
• A maximum of two articles by the same author will be allowed in each issue of the Journal.
• The submission of articles to Revista Fatecnológica assumes knowledge of the terms explained here. Articles that do not meet one or more of these terms will have their submission rejected.
• The authors are aware that the journal uses tools designed to detect plagiarism in any of its forms.
