AVARIAS NO PEQUENO VAREJO
Um estudo de caso com base no Diagrama de Ishikawa
Abstract
The importance of preventing losses in supermarkets is evident, however there is a lack of studies on the subject. With this flaw in mind, the main objective of this article was to demonstrate that good product inventory management can guarantee credibility in the quality of products. For this, it is necessary to plan, control and inspect continuously, especially in the perishables sector. This article identified the consequences of the lack of inventory management coupled with problems such as lack of physical space that causes a lack of goods and an excessive stacking of goods. The method used was a case study in a small supermarket and through the Ishikawa diagram tool, the causes of product damage were identified. As a result, solutions were proposed to reduce the occurrence of breakdowns, leading to improvements in inventory management processes.
