GESTÃO DA QUALIDADE:
IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE MELHORIAS NO PROCESSO DE MANUTENÇÃO DE CILINDROS PNEUMÁTICOS
Abstract
The success of a business is related to the quality of the product or service that the company does not have a market for. Therefore, a concept of higher quality, the initial focus is linked to the quality of consumers, but currently this concept is linked to the offer as more often in the market. Quality management in maintenance is an efficient tool in the industry to save time and money. Most cylinders assume in most mechanical processes in companies the proper maintenance and stability maintenance of most actuators, with safety and operational safety, productivity guarantee that can generate high costs. The case study was applied in a company in the industrial maintenance sector, through the PDCA Cycle. Thus, this objective aimed to implement improvements in time, execution of services, reduction of rework work and costs in the maintenance process of pneumatic cylinders. With this, processes were identified that were identified as flawed in those previously used, when corrected, they motivated the team to continue the implementation of new improvement cycles. In addition to the reduction in maintenance costs, there was a reduction in services for improvements in others.
