ESCASSEZ DE QUALIFICAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL E EDUCAÇÃO CORPORATIVA:
AS NOVAS FORMAS DE AQUISIÇÃO DE CONHECIMENTO NA ÁREA DE TI
Abstract
The Information Technology (IT) area has been experiencing a growth since the pandemic period and the expectation is that the sector will grow even more in the coming years. As a result, the offer of job vacancies tends to follow the market evolution, but it runs into the problem of shortage of qualified labor. In such promising scenario, even though overshadowed by the lack of qualification, the solution found by the organizations of the sector was to train professionals "inside the house", that is, within their cultures, in order to meet their needs, creating their own training programs or adapting existing programs on the market to the reality of their own businesses. Thus, this research aimed at exploring this gap in the literature, in order to both propose solutions that would help reduce employee turnover as well as to develop a new methodological proposal on the topic of corporate education. In order to meet the objective, a theoretical framework was established based on: articles, books, and journals; a case study based on the point of view of 15 employees from three organizations in different IT sectors. At the end, an analytical synthesis of the instructions was made to indicate the best methodology based on the model of the five failures, which analyzes the quality of training from the three organizational levels.
