A fundamental point for companies to stand out is to find ways to manage their stock in the best possible way, this is essential to have a good performance in the market, the objective of this work is to apply a management method known as ABC curve in a small pet shop located in the city of Suzano-SP. A case study was carried out where it was necessary to carry out an inventory of the stock to have access to the quantities of the products and on top of the data collected, the ABC curve was applied to define which items should be a priority for the organization. After extracting the results, we identify which products should receive more attention and which items have low working capital. In addition to proving how the ABC curve is a great method, it is proven that it can be adapted regardless of the size of your business and having a more accurate knowledge of your stock is having a more accurate knowledge of the product you are selling.
