LEARNING BY PLAYING: CREATION OF A PSYCHOMOTOR CIRCUIT FOR INCLUSIVE EDUCATION

Abstract

The Parents and Friends Association of the Exceptional (APAE) of Bariri is a non-profit institution that works directly in inclusive education, allowing special educational plans to allow means that favor their integration into society, generally, games and Plays as tools that help in learning, personal, social, build new knowledge in the development that facilitate the experience of their students. The institution has difficulties in finding suitable products for its students, as it adapts to the market as available for these products. This article presents a project developed by students of the Industrial Production Management course at the Faculty of Technology of Jahu, in partnership with a social institution APAE in Bariri/SP, with the objective of developing a device for broad motor coordination, solid, provided by your body and the child's development, greater mastery of your space. This study was developed through applied experimental research. Surveys and interviews were carried out on activities to be met such as the institution's needs, materials that can be used and centers to be used. The median results of the research were elaborated in a circuit of activities made with materials usually found in the market, such as PVC pipes. Through the development of the institution's occupational therapist, the circuit met expectations, assisting in the psychomotor of children with autistic spectrum and intellectual disabilities. It was also used by other students of the institution.
