DESENVOLVIMENTO DO CORPO DE UMA GUITARRA ELÉTRICA EM BAMBU
Abstract
Bamboo is a plant that becomes quickly, in addition to being versatile and sustainable, which makes it a good option to replace materials in the construction of various types of products. Thus, the objective of the study was to develop the body of an electric guitar using bamboo as the main raw material. The study was carried out in the field, which made it possible to obtain data on the process that the bamboo must go through to make the material suitable for making products, such as a guitar. In the machining process of the guitar body, the CAD / CAM system was used, which should dimension and present the data provided for its construction. Normally, the bamboo harvesting, drying and filleting process would be carried out. It was possible to perceive that the developed guitar proved to be functional and has the necessary conditions for it to be considered a good quality instrument, bamboo in its BLC form allowed satisfactory results.
